Just spins forever without loading the magazine that I paid for – PC Magazine Review

Why did I pay these people 4 dollars for content the app can’t load? How is it this was even allowed on to the App Store in the first place if it doesn’t work? I’m using iOS 11 on the newest iPad from 2017. Garbage....
