terrible customer service and service – Handy.com Review

there’s no number to call with issues and their email says the try to respond within minutes but they don’t respond for hours/days cleaner called me 2 hours before the appointment to pressure me to reschedule because if she did it, she would get charged. i felt uncomfortable having this aggressive woman in my apartment, and the handy customer service offered nothing for the inconvenience of: 1- being bullied by their employee 2- not getting my apartment cleaned as i had planned 3- spending the afternoon writing emails to half their depts and not getting a response 4- they ended up cancelling on me not only did they not offer a discount or any free service for the inconvenience, i had to fight to get my money back because at first they wanted to credit me for a future service. terrible company terrible business practices
