Used to be a good app app & service – Handy.com Review

But clearly Handy's priority now is to serve themselves not clients. App is less efficient, notifications are spotty at best - which gives them a better chance of maximizing cancellation fees. Now rescheduling options are reduced too. Each update seems to put the squeeze on customers, a very poor operating model for retention.
