App Design Non Competitive – SeattleYellowCab Review

The design for this app is horrendous compared to its competition. You enter all your personal information including credit card and it is not clear where it goes. There doesn’t seem to be a login feature. Does it stay on your phone and get sent every time you order a cab? Their back-end seems shaky and insecure. Then, when you do order a cab, you cannot see who is picking you up and how far they are. No way to know if anyone is on their way to pick you up while you’re standing in the rain for who knows how long... and this is a rainy city. I use this app only if all other options are unavailable.
