I booked a pick-up a day in advance and received an email confirmation, but no one showed up. When I called, I got an automated message that said my cab ride was booked. My husband called from his phone and learned there was no reservation for us.

Saw an ad for this in a taxi from the airport. You can't track your cab, it gives no time estimates, and customer service never picks up. Furthermore the app itself is poorly done; it's not intuitive, the tap to hail function doesn't quite work like that, and the profile page is buggy. Save your time and just get uber, which is way more reliable.

I tried picking up a cab from downtown, I saw this app and gave it a chance, waste of time. It doesn't tell you any status of what's going on, no customer service available (they don't pick up the phone). I've never been so frustrated with something like this before. Ironically, I saw a taxi driving down the road and flagged him, screamed, jumped, and the guy was too distracted chatting on his phone. He never saw me. I had to ask my neighbor for help :( Don't bother with this app, it doesn't work

I’ve used it four times without any issues. It might have a bug or two, but I haven’t come across one yet. Beware of reviews that try to dissuade you from trying it for yourself. Reviews can be placed by competitors and this is a ridiculously competitive industry with billions at stake.

Easy to use, gets me a cab quickly. Cars are clean, drivers are friendly. Please add my receipts so that I can download them, preferably as PDFs.

Any review that runs down either the service or competitors and doesn't rate the app the review was supposed to be for is questionable. My thoughts on this app - we'll see, but I am hesitant about putting my cc info in without some security assurances.
App didn't show booking. Double booked.

The cab drivers were great, both arrived on time for an early flight to the airport. I used the app the day before. Filled out my info but when I went to the "my bookings" tab the information didn't show up to verify. To make sure I had a cab coming I called, told the guy I had booked on the app and wanted to make sure a cab was coming. First he said the app was separate but then took my info for the ride. Ended up double booking. I really felt bad for the second cab driver. App needs to show the booking AND the system your live dispatchers see need to see booking info to verify. My cab driver said it had happened to hi before on app booking. Not fair to your drivers and you should pay the second guy the fair he would have made. Booking was on June 22nd from edge of Renton to airport. I felt awful for that guy. ?
