Big issues – SeattleYellowCab Review

I lost all faith in this cab company after they were a no show for a trip to the hospital to get surgery. I even called the night before to reserve a time. I had to reschedule and call another cab after waiting for 2hrs. Regardless of the poor service I just don't get why the yellow cab has a different app for every county and state. You know what? Too much effort to find the right app for Seattle, New York, and where ever else I may be. I bet they'll lose the transportation war when they realize why uber and lift is doing so well. Hint - you're targeting the wrong problems. Ha wrote this 3 years ago. Glad to see them go the way of Polaroid / Kodak. Adapt or die.
