Great app but did not transfer the purchase – 123 Genius First Numbers & Counting Game for Kids Review

My son likes this app, and it definitely offers a good learning platform. However, I recently upgraded my phone and the in-app purchases did not pick this up. I emailed the support group and did not hear back. This should not be happening.
