Sound fail

My daughter loved this app, she used it for about a year until the sound suddenly failed. I verified other apps are working on the tablet and tried everything to get sound back to no avail. Then I went through reviews and saw this is a common problem and has yet to be addressed!
Paid version never transfer over

I paid full version years ago. Got a new iPad and downloaded it and it won’t let me unlock full version unless I pay!

I paid for the full version and it appears that very time there’s an update I’m reverting back to basic can’t you people fix this issue? Otherwise my grandson likes playing when he doesn’t have his other tablet.

If you’re going to be a teaching app, you should teach the correct words. The plural of “fish” is “fish”, not “fishes”.
Took my money but didn’t open all workbooks

While I love this app for my 3 year old, once I paid for all the workbooks I was never given access to them. I emailed the company multiple times but nothing. I still cannot access the workbooks I PAID for. So they have my money and I don’t have anything to say for it. Developer, if you are reading this please open the workbooks or give me my money back. Thank you.

Great app but sound stopped working even after reinstalling both apps and purchases wouldn't restore; making me purchase activities all over again. Super bummed because my son loves these apps
