I have the same issues as everyone else. – Dirt Rag Magazine Review

I have a renewing subscription that expires in April 2018 and cannot access any of my previous purchases or the new issue. The app has no direct way to contact any customer support. Just a circular bunch of talk that ends right back where you started. No way to actually contact anyone. That’s ludicrous. Really terrible customer support. Apple got back to me! They told me to contact the developer! How on earth do you do that?!!!! The developer doesn’t give you that option!
