Poor performance – Dirt Rag Magazine Review

I'm not some IT-illiterate person ranting. This is a legitimate problem with the app. I purchased an iTunes year-long magazine subscription to Dirt Rag ending in June 2018 (currently it is August 2017) and I am unable to download the latest issue (#200) of Dirt Rag magazine. Even when I go to the Restore iTunes purchases option, all previous issues that I were within my subscription period appear in my library. Again, the latest issue, #200, does not. What gives? The only way to download it is if I click the purchase button for $5.99. As a test, I did that through my iTunes account. That certainly worked! I basically paid twice for the same magazine issue that I should have had access to in the first place! Apple support refunded my money for the singular issue, but I am still unable to downloaded ad the latest issue. There appears to be a bug that needs to be recognized and resolved before any litigation occurs.
