Doesn't work when you need it too – GoFan: Buy Tickets to Events Review

Trying to buy tickets 3 hours before the football game and the app is not working. It's useless, especially on game days. My wife tried last week and it took 45 minutes just to buy tickets. It shouldn't be that hard or take that long.
