Useless app – ATLAS™ Waterproof Case Device Warranty Review

So same serial number problem other people have had, doesn't matter if scan or manually input it won't accept the case's serial number. Tried calling Incipio and they told me not to "worry about it." Just fill out some claim form online if anything happens. My question is why bother having the app?
