Stuck on update required

I have filled out the entire form, checked the boxes on the terms page, initialed the page and hit submit. The next page tells me I need to go to iTunes and update the app. There is no new update as I just downloaded this app a few minutes ago.

Also stuck on registration form for warranty. Despite cool automatic scanning of serial numbers, app will not accept formatting of numbers even when typed in long hand. Very disappointing.

Waste of time! Spend 14 minutes entering all the info, and then the app crashes, loosing all info. I hope the case works better than the app!

Unable to register, even called support and they couldn't register me over the phone. Not registering does not diminish your warranty rights so just keep your documentation and don't waste time on the app!

Protection is good, but when using your phone it distort the sound quality. You could hear the loud distortion while listen in.

"Engineered for optimal sound quality" Thats what is in small print on the front of the box. I have to wonder if your engineers were drinking when develpoping sound quality. Its terrible/muffled/usless. If you use your speakerphone quite a bit as I do, this case is not for you. Plus its a pain to have to keep opening that bottom flap/cover to charge/remove rubber plug for headphones as well. Plus registration on the app has failed.

Nice attempt at updating your apps but my orig review is still 100% accurate AFTER the update. You stillllll cant use the barcode scanner for the case ser# and no matter how you enter it it clmes back check format. Orig review: Your barcode scanner doesn't work period. No matter how you enter the case ser# you get "review format" error. Your website support is a joke..
