Works for one case but not other! – ATLAS™ Waterproof Case Device Warranty Review

I bought two cases and I registered my husbands no problem but the one I'm using won't register months after buying both of them. Tried just emailing them straight from their website and I got DENIED. So much for being waterproof because water got in my case! No damage to the phone but I'm disappointed in the customer service because I like this case more than lifeproof ones.
