where is then customer support? – Via — smarter mobility. Review

I had used VIA a couple of times and will acknowledge their car service is fine. However after refilling my account with $25 credit, I used the service ONCE in Manhattan and suddenly my account balance has since been $0.63. I understand errors can happen, but they can be rectified, so I reached out to VIA through their text system - no response. Emailed them through their customer support page - no response. It's been more than a month. I will not use their app anymore and will NOT recommend their service to anyone due to their abysmal customer service. Is this how you treat your customers?
