Awesome!!!!!! – 7 minute workouts: bodyweight training & high intensity exercises Review

I highly recommend this app for people like me who have a tough time exercising- the app helps to encourage you and also, there's no reason not to do the workouts. It's only 7 minutes, right? They've got them for different levels and I always feel great after doing them. The only thing I could wish is that it told you how many calories you'd burned in one session, but maybe they don't tell you because the number isn't super high ?
