This app is great in that even on days when I don't have time to go to the gym- I can still get a little workout.

At 52 years old, I wasn't sure about this type of activity, but I was wrong. Love it, a great 7 minutes of cardio.

The app does not change their workout. The workouts stay the same and there's no option to expand ones exercise methods.

Works well in conjunction with other cardio. I suggest a little more time to switch between sides of the body, especially for the side planks, I just can't flip over that fast.
