App didn't show booking. Double booked. – SeattleYellowCab Review

The cab drivers were great, both arrived on time for an early flight to the airport. I used the app the day before. Filled out my info but when I went to the "my bookings" tab the information didn't show up to verify. To make sure I had a cab coming I called, told the guy I had booked on the app and wanted to make sure a cab was coming. First he said the app was separate but then took my info for the ride. Ended up double booking. I really felt bad for the second cab driver. App needs to show the booking AND the system your live dispatchers see need to see booking info to verify. My cab driver said it had happened to hi before on app booking. Not fair to your drivers and you should pay the second guy the fair he would have made. Booking was on June 22nd from edge of Renton to airport. I felt awful for that guy. ?
