Terrible App

Cannot get any help. No response at all from “support”. I can’t get in to pay my rent and now my landlord and I are stuck. This is an awful app for both the renter and the landlord.

Have been sending requests messages and just one agent has gotten back with me. Why put homes for rent but nobody ever reply. It’s been a week me sending messages

All apartment properties only list their digital (“representative”) floor plans. No actual pictures of apartment floor plans or layouts. App does not weed out fake posts. Only boosted fake positive for more downloads+reviews.

There are a ton of Apartments on this site. It's fairly popular. Some extremely great rental companies use zumper exclusivity. The site itself is a little difficult to navigate, but the emails giving notifications of new listings helps a ton.
