Great for long term hunting, not so great for short

I think this app is awesome for searching for exactly what you want, with a wide range of filters that allow you to specify pretty much anything you want in a place to live. Unfortunately, I’m looking for a short term lease, and NOTHING comes up. No matter how few filters I put, nothing shows. I know that in part, this isn’t the app’s fault, but it’s still frustrating. I’m not sure if they limit short term lease to only 3 or 6 month leases or if they also allow sublets, but I have found many places in my search area offering both on different websites, neither of which are listed on Zumper. I appreciate this app, and very well might use it again when I look for another apartment in the future, but currently, it has not helped my search whatsoever.

I’ve checked out several places listed on the app but once their the apartment staff say they have nothing available and that the app is wrong... so is it they don’t want to offer me a place or is the app wrong??

I always get text messages asking for a minute to chat, when I reply, I get no response. It would be nice if you could filter the listings but you can’t. Also, when I receive an update on a new listing, it doesn’t take me to that listing just the whole list I looked at. I deleted the app.

They keep sending me alerts in the same two places for two months now!!! Seriously??!! No houses or other apts???

I have reached out to the individual/s attached to the property listed and they do not responded which puts doubt in my mind. We know that a lot of malfeasance has been attached to facebook with the sharing of information. These guys need to follow up with potential clients within a minimum of 24 hours.

Why is it that it shows places on the map but when you click or zoom in poof it’s gone! So stupid!!
