Frustrating

I look at the map and it tells me there are listings in an area. I click on the area and they disappear. It has me a little frustrated.
Not user friendly
Finds my iPad so far
Tried to verify my identity through their service and support offers no service nor answers questions. Pulling down my ads from their Zumper service. They have no jump to their Zumper.

Great app but needs to be more dogs allowed friendly. In other words it’s a waste of time looking at places that do not allow dogs

Seemed like it was really going to be a decent app, however, there was literally only one listing in my area within a 50 mile radius. I don’t know if the app is to new in my area or people don’t know about it, but, for me personally, it’s not worth the download
Bait and Switch Scams

Multiple listings for far below market value only to be listed as “not available” and then redirected to alternative listings that are far higher than market value. Do fall for the scams.

My fiancé and I are looking for a place to rent. We found many great places but it is impossible to contact with someone. They send an email with the requisite and then no more answers. We left a hundred of messages and they never answer. I don’t know how their business works. The app is great but if nobody answers, it becomes useless. Garno is the real state that never answer.
No human touch.

I’m to old school to think not talking to somebody is Kwel. If I have a question I want an answer not a “bot” telling me the same ting over & over. Sort of like App for the lazy.
