My husband and I search for apartments in all the apps posible that we where able to, and have to say we where lucky to find not only a good rental house, but also most of the apartments we went to see thru this app did not have brokers fee or any realtor fee. I guess that it have to do with luck
Not very easy to post available properties.

I’ve used Zillow and prior and it is very intuitive for uploading a property by their app. I can’t figure it out with Zumper and had to do it by my lap top.

It’s just crazy how you can pay for an application fee and them not give you a chance so this is why I am writing something coming from a mother with a bunch of kids who is clean and credit score is fair money is not the issue The issue is people giving you the chance to rent their property that property management people don’t give you the chance ...

Lots of nice apartments to choose from would've gave 5 ? 's if I would've got reply's more frequently.
