App doesn’t allow for Facial Recognition. Please update so I can use on my iPhone XS. Utterly worthless until that’s provided.

I am an elderly person who has no tech experience at the age of 61 not wanting to learn either. However, I wanted to set up a family web site with integration of email, notebooks, chat, etc. that is also secure and allowing each user to set their own password to login. I have tried several different companies offerings, including all of Google’s G-Suite and Microsoft’s Suite of apps and Apples; and this is the easiest, smoothest and fastest set-up I have ever tried. To top it all off, the cherry on top of the ice cream so to speak, is the incredible 24 hour instant service that I got for any help that I needed. I wish I could recommend this Suite of applications higher than 5 stars as it deserves 50000000000000 (I don’t think that’s a real number) ? Thank you so very much in making my life a little easier and more connected with my family. ???????

This just adds another layer to the suite of Zoho's broken programs. Now I can approve logins from my phone and yet never login to any device. Failure across all platforms and our company IT department is dedicated to calling in to Zoho's help center all day long

Unable to access app

I have been having the hardest tome getting someone from customer support to help me. I had invoices due yesterday and have been unable to access my Zoho account. I downloaded the app on my phone and set the app to be accessible through Face ID and notification button but the app isn’t giving me the option for either. I tried accessing it with a verification code and the one I was given is not working. The only reason I keep trying to use this program is because it is free if you have 5 or less clients. I will definitely be looking into other alternatives my
