Unable to access app – Zoho OneAuth Review

I have been having the hardest tome getting someone from customer support to help me. I had invoices due yesterday and have been unable to access my Zoho account. I downloaded the app on my phone and set the app to be accessible through Face ID and notification button but the app isn’t giving me the option for either. I tried accessing it with a verification code and the one I was given is not working. The only reason I keep trying to use this program is because it is free if you have 5 or less clients. I will definitely be looking into other alternatives my
