Zoho OneAuth was great until this latest update. Now I can no longer approve access from my Apple watch. It is a pain finding my phone to approve a sign in. Fix this and you get 4 additional stars.
Push notification to sign in to the app

Whenever I try to login to the app, it says I need to accept the push notification ... IN THE APP ... which I cannot login to without accepting the push notification that I can only receive if I’m already signed in but I can’t sign in because I can’t receive the push notification IN THE APP I’M TRYING TO SIGN IN TO. I LOATHE Zoho and this app for this single reason, and would NEVER recommend it to anyone. I have to deal with this because my company uses Zoho, otherwise I’d never go anywhere near this OneAuth app or any Zoho services for the rest of my life.

This app is ridiculously useless. When you try to log into OneAuth, it requires the user to enter the authentication code that the app is supposed to provide!

The concept is ok but the process is ridiculous. I took 4 tries to get the authenticator to actually load the code that would allow me to sign into my new tablet.

My face Id was not working and the app wouldn’t alternatively use my pin when Face Id was dissabled and I could not deactivate face ID without face ID. Two factor is three factor factor authentication and requires a second device logged into said account in order to access the account if my phone is not available. If my phone is broken there is no way to access the account without contacting support.
