Go in and check whether Zoho closes active sessions when you log out. Surprising hack potential. Even does this without the app. Buh buh.

Zoho has a lot going for them and their users. Like many have said, Zoho is a better service for businesses than other competitors. Like any tech service you will run into problems and bugs, but Zoho has been very responsive and quick to help me through the issues that have arisen. The App still has a couple tiny issues here and there, but it’s functional. It does what it’s supposed to. I’ve used Zoho for a couple years or more now and I have no plans of changing that for years to come (hoping)! Keep up the good work, Zoho.

Does not pull crm data for contacts

This should do like desktop version that pulls the crm contacts as contacts when composing.

I have been using Zoho and Zoho Mail for nearly 2 years and have loved every second. I find the app great and I can personalize as I feel fit. Only recommendation in my opinion is to simplify the appearance a little bit, there are so many features it’s sometimes a bit confusing the understand and use them all.

Need more font like verdana (safari & mac os is ok) Sometimes error sending and cannot try again. Because i’ll try three times but nothing change.

I’ve used Gmail since the days you had to receive an invitation. Thanks to Zoho, Gmail is my junk mail account. I use Zoho for important emails and love it. Any issues I’ve had were readily resolved from Zoho. Great app and service.

Doesn’t play well with other email address.

Over the years I have a few email address that are very active. Zoho sadly doesn’t allow other email address other then their own zoho.com. The app was totally useless to me - deleted app. Sorry Zoho, the business term ‘plays well with others in the sandbox’ sadly you want to toss out all the sand replacing it with your own medium... not going to happen in my arena.
