Has bugs

All my emails with attachment show them multiple times. Since the free accounts don’t have IMAP, and therefore lock you into this one app, every problem is a big problem.

Love this e-mail provider & the app!!!!! I still use others, from older accounts, but this is my preferred e-mail address and app for anything I want to stay on top of and organized - the app, being very functional and user friendly, makes this easy and secure.
Needs better spam filter and blacklist function

Needs better spam filter and the blacklist function. I’ve been getting emails from what are clearly spam emails and I shouldn’t have to go onto the browser version just to block one email.

I had previous experience with Zoho before a family emergency struck and I needed to close down blogging accounts and their associated Zoho emails. I am back again and very dedicated to this company and their great customer service and very clear tutorials. I would highly recommend the Zoho company and their apps.
No sync/download

I don’t don’t what’s going on with the latest update, but it’s not downloading mail or calendar items at all.

I’ve used two free email accounts, one for several years and the other for about two. During the past several months the older one has received notices of someone other than myself logging in even though I change the strong password frequently. The newer one sends duplicate mails and can’t log in to Apple Mail properly nor on my BlackBerry. Though the newer account would log in here, it would not send nor receive properly sometimes and archived mail could not be found. Hence I’m migrating all contacts out of those accounts in order to move on, and this app was the last straw. The webmail works fine except for the strange notices, but zoho has changed their privacy policy to one less user friendly in the past year or two so I’m outta here.
