Their infrastructure is amazing and it's free but it's EXTREMELY messy and disorganized. To reset a password of an email account i had to google "admin zohomail" because there is not even a reference on their website and the only way it allowed me to reset the pw of an organization account, was through the admin panel. Once i've done that, i set up a 2fa on said account and now it's impossible to login cause the login page freezes everytime you switch to the 2fa app and go back to input the code. I'm sure they are a terrific company, just need to get a grip on these small things
Use to work until latest iOS 13 Update

This app use to work just as you would expect an email app to work; customizable workspace, sleek and straightforward design, etc. However, since I have updated to the latest version of iOS, I can’t reply to any emails. The emails come into the appropriate Inbox, I can read them, but as soon as I hit Reply or Forward, I can not type into the body of the email. The keyboard is there, but it just stalls and freezes. I have re-downloaded the app, but I still have the same issue.
Difficult to Sign In if Account Has Google Authenticator

Signing in requires Google Authenticator but once you leave to get the code, it requires you to re-enter your username and password It took a lot of tries attempting to enter before the code expires.

Ever since I updated to iOS 13 and updated to the newest version of this app, nothing has worked at all. I get the loading spinner every time a try to open an email and it never ends up opening. It’s been months, this is getting ridiculous.
