I can’t even log in. ? It freezes when I go from the Authenticator App back to the Zoho app, so I can’t even get beyond the login screen.

Zoho is trying to be too many things to too many people. As a result, just like Jeep, they are mediocre at a bunch of things, but no longer good at any of them. Including mail.

Email doesn’t load anymore but still receives push notifications. So I know there’re new emails but I just can’t check them.

Very very frustrating app!! Often does not work with iPhone microphone. Spinning and spinning not loading new messages without reinstalling.

Overall fan of Zoho Mail, but recently have had issues: I will receive push notifications for emails, tap them to navigate to a given email, then once I am navigated into the app, the email does not populate in any inbox/newsletter/notification etc. This requires me to login to the web client on my laptop, which defeats the purpose of the app altogether. I have multiple email addresses so I am not clear when I receive an email which specific address it was delivered to. This adds time for me as I often have to search for an email within each individual email address as the “Search All Inboxes” function doesn’t work in-app either.. Hopefully this processing will get cleaned up. This happens when phone is connected to WiFi or not.

Zoho is an overall great platform but the pesky detail where I can open an email on my computer, or another device and the notification doesn’t clear on apps is very annoying. As a person who clears notifications and promptly responds to emails I find myself constantly thinking I’ve missed an email only to open the app and find the emails open and cleared. Engineers please sync across platforms!!

Everything worked well for a while, but now I can’t read or send any emails and I can’t get to any support. Guess I’ll call the sales department, because nothing else is working ?
