Can’t log in!!!

The app needs an update. The home screen only has a “Get Started” option. There isn’t an option to log in as an existing customer. The “Get Started” option leads you to the web browser version of the app which also isn’t able to be used. Please fix!!!!! Other than that the app has been great

I will never use Zip again. Affirm, Klarna, Pay-Pal, after-pay to name few will all let you make it till payday to make your payment. ZIP COULD CARE LESS! Really quick to charge late fees.

I love these pay in 4, I used all thru Christmas and of course 5 birthdays in December. I made it thru the holidays without any debt…it’s january and everything is paid. That hasn’t happened in over 20 years…I’m so grateful to have this option. I know my children, one with 5 kids is always using. Helps them a ton. Now I just hope to add more stores. :)

I was skeptical at first but the app is so user friendly and easy to use. I bought what I needed in less than 5 minutes after I picked it out! I recommend this app to everyone that may be a little short on a purchase right before payday!

Zip is so ridiculous and their customer service is awful, do yourself a favor and use afterpay or your credit card. It says on their website that you can customize how frequently your payments occur. They state that you can choose the option to pay monthly, every 4 weeks. Since they offered this I decided to use zip for a large purchase. Except apparently they don’t ACTUALLY offer monthly payments, you can only pay bi-weekly. I’ve contacted customer service many times about how to change my payment frequency, I even sent them a screenshot of where it states this on their website trying to get some assistance. I received no explanation, not even an apology for some kind of misunderstanding. Zip tried to claim that they never offered monthly payments, and proceeded to ignore all further communication by me. What?? Anyone can find the article on their website, where it states verbatim: “You can change the frequency of your payments from weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, choose what works best for you!” If zip only offers payments every two weeks it is not acceptable for them to mislead customers into thinking otherwise. Zip needs to take accountability, delete this claim off their website, and hire staff who will actually be helpful to customers.

I love this app, being able to pay less every week is a lot better than having to spend full price I spent only $9.75 on a $35 order on chewy and the same on some other thing. I think this is my favorite app for shopping but I do wish y'all would add popsockets.com so I don't have to spend almost $30 on one popsocket.

What Klarna and other apps couldn’t do this one could. With just the same amount of sites to choose from. This app let me do what I had been struggling with other apps.
