I’d been using zip(quadpay) for over a year until I got a new credit card. They let me pay off my outstanding balance no problem, but consistently told me there was a problem with my card when I tried to make new purchases. I’ve spoken to several customer service people who all told me the same thing and nothing has changed. There are several things I needed to buy this month and zip took my money then claimed they couldn’t help me, all because I changed my card number. Seriously, use klarna or afterpay.

First time using the app, it’s nice to know when I need something I’m able to still purchase as well as setting up a payment plan that works for me. Imma be using this app often!!

This was my first time using the app. I’ve had it for quite a while but never used it. I would plan to use it and then decide that I really didn’t need what I planned to buy, lol. I couldn’t find the store that I wanted to purchase from in the app. So I tried to search for it. It didn’t come up with the search but then they brought up google search. They found the store. Zip gave me a one time one use card for that store for the amount I needed. Literally 30 seconds later, my purchase was complete. I was surprised that I could still do it for a store that didn’t appear to work with zip. It was really cool. 4 payments and it’s paid. It’s a really nice way to be able to afford more things. ??

APP HAS BEEN SAYING “ we reach a snag “ for 4 days now.. I CANT MAKE PURCHASE OR LOGIN PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!
