Glad to see there’s still a payment system for stores like Target when you’re trying to buy AirPods for the gym. Since Afterpay and Klarna were dropped , this is the next best thing. Only issue is customer support system.

I Don’t like how they only promote Black own businesses but won’t promote Latino owned businesses! Korean owned what’s wrong with those businesses???? Not good enough! This is very racist!

My first time using this app (should of just stuck with Klarna). First 2 payments were fine. Then the third payment they charged me a late fee because they DID NOT take the payment when it was due!!! The funds were readily available!! I won’t be using this app nor recommend to anyone!

The app only works when it wants too… everytime I actually NEED THE APP and want to transact it will freeze and say my account is on hold, better yet I never missed a payment and been using it for a year multiple times a month let’s say I never got a increase from 300$, I used Afterpay for about same time had 1000$ increase and missed payments before, what is the sense with zip? I can’t use it when I need it… with 300$ ? really needs to be a update about this subject..?

I love the ease of use and the easy terms. There was no need for perfect credit in order for zip to give you a chance. I would have definitely gave this service a 5star rating except I believe 4 monthly payments would be much better than 4 every two weeks payments. Look forward to building a great relationship with this service.
