Pretty good home app

I like the app overall but it has problems. When editing a home the text boxes get messed up and you can’t scroll to the bottom of the text.

Don’t bother using the filter apps.Zillow will load “your possibilities” with all sorts of listings that don’t remotely come close to what you are looking for! Forget mileage proximity or listings that you wanted SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED. Just go on line, a much better choice. Of course if you enjoy your time being wasted, this is the for ya’. Frustrated cash buyer P.S. Tax info and comps were useful

My house dropped almost 30k in a few months. I just did refi had two banks with same appraisal price. Which was same price you had as value five months ago The prices on just our street are all over the place Smaller home across street with no pool 20 k more

This website is very useful for a wide range of purposes you can get everything that you want about houses all in one place the only thing you have to watch some of the stuff is not updated as much as it should be example when the house is under agreement or has sold sometimes it does not this website for a few weeks or a few months that would be the only thing that I would change other than that it’s a great website

I posted my home for sale but now it will not let me update the listing on my mobile. I have sent multiple messages but no one has responded. I found a phone number online but it said that Zillow was out for the holidays. When do the holidays end for them because I sure could use some help with their app.

The app has this wonderful feature of allowing you to see lot lines. This does not exist on the web version. My one criticism of the app version lot lines feature is that you can’t zoom out and get an overall view but have to move the fixed ratio around until you can find all of the piece of property. This is difficult with large pieces of property and confusing with complex lot lines. The synchronization between app and web versions is wonderful. The filtering and sorting in the app are wonderful. Were it not for shear screen size issues I would use the app only

Just downloaded app this morning. After saving several homes, It won’t show under my saved homes? Hopefully this glitch will be fixed soon.
