Helps me keep track of my fasting and motivates me to keep going every week.

Love the info & accountability ⚡️

I’m five days into using zero plus. I’ve enjoyed both the articles and the coaching. Articles as they are relevant and full of good tips and coaching because it gives me a weekly goal to try and achieve (and beat) #notcompetitive Great job Peter and the Zero team - Your hard work is very appreciated to help make something as fasting that is difficult as a beginner much easier to swallow (pun done by accident). ? ?????

Need a second time tracker..

NewKreature

Needs a second, simultaneous time tracker for Dry Fasting. So when I do a 7 day fast, I try to Dry Fast the first two or three days. I try to see how long I can go before feeling the need to drink water. With two timers runninge would be able to see how many of our hours fasting are the Dry hours.

Coaching function is frustrating

Gndedgirl

My daughter turned me onto this app. She’s followed Peter Attia for a long time. I really like the functionality, and the videos in the articles are great. I signed up for the coach portion because I really wanted to see the statistics. I’m two weeks in and learning how to fast suit me best as well as what is making for better weight loss for me. There was an initial questionnaire, and all the coaching seems to be based off of that with no way to modify or change preferences. The modifications week to week in the fasting regimes are minor but I want to add a couple of 18 to 20 hour fast in my week, and the app doesn’t allows me to do that. I could just do it and log it, but I get a lot of motivation about having the timer. I’m also doing over 110 hours in fasting, even if I’m not making my 16 hour goal every single day because I’m doing longer fasts some days, but then for the next week the coach recommends a 80 hour fast regime with options that don’t have much variety to them. Very frustrating given the cost of the app.

Keeps me on track!

Llfam9

Easy to use! Keeps me on track and I love when I wake up to see I’m halfway through my fast already. IF and OMAD are where’s it’s at! Eating one really delicious meal a day saves me time, work, effort, space, and money! We eat better food and enjoy it more.

Great tracker

Well done app. Works smoothly, looks beautiful. Really helps keep going.

Most Successful

wellsure

The headline says it all! I have had the MOST success losing weight with the help of this ap. I’ve tried Weight Watchers, Atkins and Keto. Zero keeps me engaged and focused. I enjoy it because it awards me badges and keeps track of my fasts. I’m pretty much eating whatever I want ... within reason. I no longer eat between 3pm and 7am the next day, with the exception of black coffee. It helps curb my cravings. And it’s working!!

Great Interface! Needs improvements & interoperability.

anarchytect42

I enjoyed using the app to track my 18-20 hour fasts. The countdown timer is great and it’s nice to be notified about the various states. The interface and analytics are good. However, the biggest issue with the app is that is that it doesn’t communicate, share or import data with ANY of the other health apps that I use. Even weight has to be entered manually everyday. Truthfully, I was tempted to subscribe and keep using this app. But the lack of interoperability made me think otherwise. It’s too expensive for what it does right now.
