Awesome app

Poet817

This is a great way to learn about and start IF. I started with circadian rhythm and have worked my way to 20 hours. You get prompts to journal how you’re feeling. There’s a history with progress and you can also log your weight as well.

Zero application

It’s wonderful, great support, lots off information. I love their timer, it makes it easy to keep track of the hour’s one fasted, and one can adjust the hours of fast, add and subtract as one see fit.

Just perfect

This app is super easy to use. Keeps your past fasts in History- it’s excellent. It keeps me accountable and wanting to put more fasts on record

Keeps Me on Track

Love this app’s reminders to fast. Love the way it records my progress.

watch complication is broken...

deadheadded

i’m not sure if this is an issue that came with the most recent version of the app, or if this is an ios or watchos issue.. but the zero watch complication/widget is what motivated the most to fast and now it doesn’t work at all....

Fasting Experimenting

Adding this to my WFPB diet. It is great to get off the snacking. More aware of true hunger.

Fantastic app!

Blonde Dego

I just started intermittent fasting. It seemed a bit hard at first but this app is GREAT as a positive feedback app. I am feeling great and have lost 6 lbs!! Yay! I have just been working on the fasting part which has eliminated my night eating. My food choices I have not changed so the weight loss is with no intake changes. So here I go with that part!!!?? UPDATE! I am officially 50 pounds down! This app is incredible!!!

Calendar format is bad!

RiceGirl

Been using Zero daily since 2018. New calendar format for history is terrible: difficult to review history data- too small to read; loss of the completed Fast color - now all are green; no longer see emojis & notes as before in list view. Old history format was more motivating.

Why does it ask for email?

Fernando sendMail

I signed in with Apple and the app still asks me for an email???
