I have been using this app for some time now; I love the new videos and blogs that can take my fasting protocol to new heights.

Pretty good, add better “rate your fast” choices

I really like the app but when I finish a fast and it asks me to rate it and choose how I feel it would be as helpful, if not more, to give me physical “feelings” to choose from such as, shaky, foggy brain, headache, so I can track the physical effects of fasting. Maybe I could see a pattern that if I start or end my fast at different time my body feels better or worse, etc. Also, you currently include “hungry” among the other emotional descriptions, it is physical. Other than that it’s a really good timer & tracker.

I e been using for six months or so, off and on. I’m probably my going to get Zero Plus soon. I think it will be worth it, for more successful fasting - and learning more surely can’t hurt. (Great job, creators!)

Wish it would sync with my Fitbit data. But I love it and has helped a lot. It’s full of information too.

This is my favorite looking basic fasting app. I’ve used it for a while. Keeps track of fasting with Apple Watch. Basic great. But now they charge 9.99 per month or 69 a year. Just so I can see the stages I’m in? I don’t get that it has basically no value to justify that cost. They should consider a one time cost. Maybe 10-20$. To unlock the custom presets and fasting stages. I have no interest in their learning videos or whatever else they think adds value to this you charge me subscription until the end of time. I switched to Fast Habit. Works fine with watch app. $2.99 one time charge

I wanted to love this app, but it tracks so much personal info. This the only one I’ve seen lately that even tracks “sensitive info” that can be personally identified to YOU! There’s a saying that nothing’s free in life. In this case, you’re paying with your privacy. Beautiful user interface, isn’t it? Yes, it comes at a price. I’ve stopped using apps made by developers who don’t respect my privacy.

I’ve been using this app for a while and I keep loosing weight! Gives me motivation and challenges to complete. Wouldn’t use any other app. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive ?
