What happened to the app!?!?

Update: Dec 11, 2016 I am so sad about this app now that I will not be renewing. Since it hasn't worked properly this go around I am requesting a refund. Mostly because of all the time it has wasted trying to connect. :'( What happened ZenMate? ------ Go back to version 3.2.3 -Why is this latest August update so bad?!? It is constantly disconnecting and re-Identifying login creds. I mean, I loved this app; now it's garbage :'( sad-face.

Instead of watching TV I have time to write this review because zenmate is a pain! It is slow and completely unreliable. I do so regret i bought a full year premium. Try any other vpn service, it really cant be worse than zenmate.
VPN didn't work properly on iOS 10.3

ZenMate can't make a secure line on iOS 10.3 and failed in connection.

It's completely unusable the VPN will either sign me out and make me sign back in and rewrite the VPN settings or it will loose connection therefore requiring I reboot my iPhone because the VPN prevents any internet connection which means you can't sign in to reconnect. Also as a premium user I'm starting to regret paying for this. Update 4/2/17: The app is not compatible with iOS 10.3. If you are on 10.3 don't even bother! If you are on 10.2.1 don't upgrade if you want to use this app.

app:v.4.1.1 / ios10.3.1 Apr 2017 thats it. i am deleting this piece of crap. they are too lazy to make it work with new ios version. its not connecting but instead; my phone became an oven while trying to connet, plus freezing lte and wifi connection. i had reboot and delet the app to make it stop. i really regret paying "premium" membership. hope u don't make the same mistakes. -------------------------------- Oct 2016 APP : full of errors. constantly logs out by itself. goes through adding vpn in settings every time when you log in. error occurs often when logging in. does not remember your last chosen server. have to choose it again every time you log in. SERVER : slow and bad. (to be clear, i am paid for premium membership) slow. cannot use it because you cant log in. which is due to server failure.

Even when you pay for the subscription fee for renewal, it still wants you to subscribe again. The worst accounting system! They can NOT fix the problem quickly. It takes at least several days. Still waiting for them to fix it. Good vpn but bad management??
