I am not always in the United States but this new vpn app always have my phone and laptop location in the USA no long connection time the speed is very fast

App worked fine up to last update. Now, it constantly drops the wifi and needs to be restarted. In addition, you must log in each time again, causing further frustration!
Doesn't honor subscription

I paid for a one month subscription and after two days it says my subscription is up. There is no way to fix it. Will not be using again.

the app works fine enough, and even tho it's overpriced compared to their competitors it still doesn't what it needs to as long as you don't mind being constantly marketed to. HOWEVER the support is completely lacking! I put in tickets and weeks can pass without a reposnse. Also they have no phone number so it's impossible to contact them when in a bind. Last week for example their browser pluging somehow jammed my proxy preventing me from accessing anything, including their support site. From another browser I was able to log a ticket, but no response. Desperate, I reached out to them on Facebook and Linkin, the weekend passed and 4 days later they responded to facebook asking me to submit a ticket. Here in lies the problem. They are quicker to facebook than to cusomer support. count me out! Oh and BTW.... they still haven't responded to my service ticket, but 3 responses on facebook, including hiding my comment for 'privacy' reasons (aka hiding bad publicity) <-which is directly what prompted me to write this review

The experience is really bad. It takes forever to start the app on iPhone 6s. And if you activate the connection in about half an hour the internet just freezes until you turn the service off. And I'm on a paid plan. Will be switching to another provider.
Be wary of their monthly charges.

It is their policy NOT to give refunds after the first payment. You must cancel your account before your credit card is charged again. They will not give you a refund.

I never had issues with ZenMate until these updates began. Now it is useless.
