What kind of a customer service is this? – ZenMate VPN & WiFi Proxy Review

Even when you pay for the subscription fee for renewal, it still wants you to subscribe again. The worst accounting system! They can NOT fix the problem quickly. It takes at least several days. Still waiting for them to fix it. Good vpn but bad management??
