Zaful is a super affordable store with lots of cute quality clothes!! I always find what I’m looking for there and the quality is always really good and there’s lots of sales and cheap prices! Shipping can take a few weeks sometimes and it can be difficult to track my order. However overall I love this shop and I will continue to buy from them in the future.

I actually really love this app! It’s much more than a clothing shopping app, you can create looks, follow other users, share your outfit of the day, and more. It makes you want to use the app for more than just shopping!

I have ordered from ZAFUL before and have never had issues aside from sizing until now. I placed an order on 12/2/21 with the intention of having it by Christmas as a gift. I have reached out to the company multiple times because the tracking information does not work, and I don’t know if the package is lost or ever coming. I spent over $130 here, and still haven’t received my products and do not know where they are. The company responded once saying to keep waiting. I asked for a refund or at least some money back and was ignored. I will never order from here again. It is unprofessional and customer service obviously does not care about their customers’ satisfaction.

I’ve always relied on Zaful for amazing inexpensive, yet still great quality clothing! I come here for tops, bathing suits, jewelry and so much more, and I wear them all the time. Sizing is great and these items have lasted me a while. I highly recommend going to Zaful for whatever you may need.

I have placed an order on October 30 with a promised delivery date of December 12, it is December 24th and I asked Zaful team to change my address of delivery because I moved to west coast like 3000 miles away. When I contacted the support team repeatedly, they told me that I need to go after my order. Long story short :When you shop with Zaful, they take the payment in mili-seconds and they keep you wait extra 2 weeks. When you need their support, they live you all by yourself to deal with the shipping problems that they create. I had the WORST experience ever since my first online shopping through years. It is a big shame that how companies take money and leave you alone. So sad so sad

This store is amazing! Many different choices of clothes, and styles, as well as many opportunities to get coupons and points to go towards your purchases! Definitely one of my go to shopping apps when looking for clothes because of how expansive they are. Definitely recommend this app!
