Took a month to get my order. Was not able to track package until the last two days which were well past the reported shipping window. All took more than 5 attempts to get updates from their “customer support” Deleted the app after the first purchase and let everyone I know not to deal with this company.

I only get my suits from this site, every bathing suit says some thing different you feel sexy they fit you so well I love that they have pictures of regular women that have bought the product showing the pictures of them in it and there sizes so you can figure out ok my body proportion is like this and she’s my size so I’ll probably get this size and that is the biggest thing for me because it is so hard to just pick out a size when you don’t know how these bathing suits fit and you’re not trying them on you’re just guessing so that’s what attracted me to the site as well as the suits and the clothing they’re beautiful and the material feels so expensive and so soft on your body you can’t go wrong and if you have any problems the customer service is 10 out of 10 incredible they will literally go out of their way to help you every step of the way!!! oh can i mention the prices, ladies you can’t beat them.

I'm OBSESSED with this site!! I have a hard time finding clothes that I love, that fit me, and that don't bust my wallet, so zaful is where I look every time. I remember the first time I bought something from here (3-4 years ago), there were these pants I was looking for forever that were only $9.99! Shipping was so fast and I couldn't believe how nice the quality of the pants were. All of my purchases have been this way ever since! I get so many compliments on my zaful fits too :)

love zaful! been using it for years. app is easy to use, swimsuits are always SO cheap, and nearly everything i’ve bought has been perfect.
Shipping and Updates, Good Customer Service

The only thing I really had a problem with was the shipping and updates. My item took more than two months to arrive and I barely got updates within that time until I contacted them. Their customer service however was great and they responded within a short amount of time (less than a day) and they were able to help me track my package.
