Unbelievably frustrated. I order two items for 38.40 which isn’t a big deal the clothes were cute. But after noticing my order was not processing I messaged the app after the 2nd day I finally got a result. My order wasn’t processing because they didn’t have the items because they were all out. Now instead of getting a refund the app told me to edit. I have been trying to edit my order but the messenger doesn’t respond every time I try to edit and refuses to answer to me wanting a refund. I emailed and was given an automated email to try the messenger app which still does not work. I tried calling and the phone automatically hangs up like as if it’s not even a number. I have been patient but now I’m getting frustrated I just want a return after all this hassle. It’s been three days. Highly don’t recommended this app unless you know for certain the item is in stock and you don’t mind waiting for a refund that will never come.

I’ve been waiting for my package for two weeks now. Customer service is horrible, the numbers they give don’t work, sending an email is a waist of time and typing to the live chat makes no sense because it’s the same bull. They have a prewrittem reply that always says they cannot find your order . This was a big waist of time

I really loved the options on the app but when I looked to find my size which is a large, but when I looked at the chart I was a 4X large!!! I don’t anything that big, to make it worse the only things available are shapeless dresses and Christmas sweaters. They didn’t even have t-shirts in my size. I was dissatisfied and disappointed.

I order and it actually looked good. I got comments on how pretty my shirt was. Their was fraying at the bottom though which is a bit annoying. I got that fixed pretty easily so I’m satisfied ?

Honestly love zaful. I’ve ordered from them a few times and even though shipping takes forever (about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks, which is expected when you pay so little) I will continue to order from them. Love their stuff and it’s so reasonably priced.
So far I like the app.
