Thank you for working out the kinks. The app is so convenient and it is much easier to use than it used to be. It’s also more proficient and able to meet all my needs now. So GOOD JOB. You really have made it easier to apply and more accessible for those of us that need to.

It would be nice to upload real files that are PDFs or word documents vs a picture of it. Also would be nice to change password if locked out vs calling & on hold for hours.

I like the ease of this app, it is a great asset to simplifying certain processes and makes it easy to upload documents. I would give it five stars but it lacks one important feature to make it perfect. It needs to have a visual access to your benefits remaining on your account that is in real time! That way you don't have to do the old fashion phone call, when a lot of people don't have a phone but can access wifi! You should be able to see your card balance,anytime. Plus add the usage of touch id to the app, it is very inconvenient to have to keep putting you password in, if you have long passwords.

I have to say that one of your workers did a fantastic job... I am slow and ask for help so I can understand since this is the first time on my own due to abuse... your co worker “Yareli’s #32188 badge #43984”... she is fantastic and had me feeling smart and worthy!
