I like most everything about the YOOX app. Sort quickly and find past items I looked at and such. They need to work on the sizing sort to make it remember profiles easier. But I still think they have some of the best for the best prices.

Not satisfied! They sell authentic products but it is all damaged or have been worn before, or were sitting in stores, people tried it on all the time. I had three bad experiences with YOOX. Killah pants arrived with broken zipper. Customer service offers me $8 and I payed $16 for replacing zipper. Then Prada ankle boots arrived with two pretty bad scratches on top front of one boot - I sent them back. Last week I got my dress for $79. It is nice dress but obviously has been worn - fabric around zipper and hook/eye is damaged, basically I got dress with two holes on it. Customer service offered me 10% for selling me not brand new item! Just be prepared that you will get product that won't be in good condition!!

After the last update, the app freezes when you try to log in to your personal account in the iOS system. Please fix this as you can't purchase items using the app.

My shopping life hasn't been the same since I discovered YOOX. The website is an awesome addiction that I just can't stop thinking about. I only wish I can buy EVERYTHING! The App upgrade was desperately needed and essential to have a smooth,easy, fast shopping experience which has been accomplished except for one glitch. It would even be more amazing if I could click on the designers name and the click through would take me to all items available from that designer from all the pages, i.e wish list, etc. Thanks for being you, YOOX. Much LOVE!

The worst quality of the clothes I've ever got!! Very poor quality comparing to high prices! I've got a lace top which colored my hands and my nails after I tried it and I couldn't wipe it off with water ! Also boots were with a chipped sole and scratches! Besides that they charge a return fee $6.95 + sales tax. Very disappointed with that company!!

I feel like this app is not getting a fair rap, not that this company isn't successful enough without it already, they don't need app reviews to continue to be successful, but the developers who made this have done a fine job. This is a native iOS app, not some cobbled together WebKit front-end to their website. Anyone complaining about slowness must be living in another region where they are being affected by latency due to the geographical remoteness, or perhaps Yoox has improved performance recently. Maybe they need some servers in Europe, which would surprise me considering it's an Italian company (I think).
