Do not order from this site ... I usually don’t write reviews, however I’ve never been so frustrated with a company such as this. There customer service as well as there payment department is corrupt. No one knows what there doing ,and everyone kept passing the issue along so my problems were never resolved. And in fact ,they’ve blocked my account for future order b/c of a security issue. I’ve contacted my bank with them on the phone to prove I have no fraudulent activity on my account and they just simply hung up. This company is fraudulent in itself and corrupt... selling worn , broken merchandise!... they will eventually go bankrupt cunts!

The app can’t seem to pull my login info from Facebook. It works fine when pulling from Facebook to the web app.

I have been a YOOX customer now for a decade. I have had to use their customer service many times before and never had a problem.

Doesn't have half shoe sizes

While much of the merchandise is offered in half sizes the apps search functionality doesn't let you filter by half sizes. This is such a fundamental feature that I don't understand how they could not include it. Essentially this makes the app useless for me :(
