As soon as I click on the app it takes me right back to my homepage or when I try to enter the app through one of the notifications it just sits on your opening screen that says “YOOX” and the app itself doesn’t completely open

This app makes it so much better for browsing on your phone. It’s simple and user friendly, without glitches of any kind. The search bar makes It even easier as It categorizes everything for you and let’s you filter your searches. One of the best clothing apps out there in my opinion.

I’ve purchased something from Yoox every month since 2012. I am no longer a customer because the quality of the clothes they sell has taken a dive. I ordered a pair of Alexander Wang shoes and when I received them, they had “Vibram” written on the soles. It was a collab with those hideous barefoot running shoes but they were selling them like regular Alexander Wang shoes. They wouldn’t let me return the shoes. I have lost faith in YOOX. They are not a reputable retailer.
