Missing categories Where are polo shirts ? Also no normal shirts , wow this app is buggy with half the selections and filters missing , won’t buy from YOOX again !

Easy searching, filtering and navigating. Finding exactly what I want is simple. Love the dream box where I typically doc my wish list items for purchase later.
Horrible customer service / defective products

I have been ordering from YOOX for years and I have been advertising it to my friends but it seems they need to train their employees in customer service better and they also need to change their policy and attitude. NOT only they delivered a defective product to me, a pair of shoes that one shoe was one colour, as it should be and the other had an intense discolouration. I asked for them to replace the defective item and they asked me to send them a photo, which I did and then they claimed that this is how the shoes should be! One shoe 1 colour and the other shoe discoloured with 2 colours! They also commented on the photo I have taken (with my iPhone X indoors perfect lighting) that it’s because of the photo that the shoes appear to be defective. No words!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
