I have tried 6 or 7 readers and this is hands down the best I've tried. Importing books works great, and the categorization is great. Others may have some of these same features but are either way to technical (and I'm an engineer) or clunky and/or broken all together. Also this seems to be an actively developed app and not some abandoned app someone is just collecting revenue on. Kudos to the developer for finally creating what I need to read with. Also love the multi format support along with comics.

Easily my favorite ebook reader. Clean design, feature-lite but that helps make it intuitive. Love that my reading progress syncs between my devices and that I can connect to my books on my self hosted server with the OPDS support.

This may have the potential to be the best ereader I've used other than nook. It's has a nice clean design and I love the fact that you can import books from both iTunes and Dropbox. It's not as buggy as other ebook readers I've used and it come with an option to import three free books. I would like to know what file types other that ePub will this support.

Awesome, beautiful, just wish I could share to social networks and not just by email.
Awesomeoooo
Finally there's an e-reader app that's focused on reading! Yomu is elegant, minimal and easy to use. Being able to directly link with Dropbox is great, since all of my books are stored there. Sharing a book is easy through email too. There's no ridiculous bookshelf or page flipping animation either. The reading experience is different now that tablets exist and this is how e-readers should look. Overall great app, I hope it gets some more attention soon.

I never thought I would like such a simple e-reader so much. I love the integration with Dropbox. The layout is great, and very readable. All images in some books don't show up, but it doesn't seem to affect the layout. While I'm on board with the simple and streamlined settings (it really does make it easier to just pick a book and read), a 3rd or 4th font wouldn't hurt. Not at the expense of the elegant and readable layout tho. I've been a huge stanza fan for years, even after they abandoned the app. With my iphone 5 tho, it doesn't fit the whole screen, so I've been looking for a replacement. This is it. Super easy, looks great. I read ebooks everyday, and for another font or two (and dare I ask for cover flow), this is easily 5 stars. Considering buying the full version.

Very unhappy with this app, as i had several annoted books and the app now fail to open all of them but one... Offering meanwhile to upgrade... If this is a way to force their users to get the pro/paid version, it is really a bad strategy!

Good app for basic reading ebook and so far so good. The only comment is it's better if the app offer more choices for the font size rather than just three sizes (S,M,L). For some books the L size still small for me to read.

Update 2: I'm sorry, what update? Dropping my rating further down to just 1 star because with the Nov. 16 "update" I see zero out of the three listed enhancements, and the bug causing the onscreen controls to remain and not disappear has not been fixed. Update: Dropping my rating down a star because now with the latest "UI enhancements" the information icons remain stuck on the screen--they no longer fade after a few seconds. It's obvious that this developer isn't interested in this app or is too busy trying to make it look pretty to worry about functionality. Tired of complaining so deleting the app. It's a really great ereader. Neat, pretty, and simple. But: 1) You need to allow us to adjust margins and line spacing, as well as have a wider range of font size. I know that developers and many users think these kinds of requests are knee jerk and the beginning of bloat, but I'm an vowed minimalist myself, and when it comes to ereaders, things like font and line spacing are not merely decorative or aesthetic, but functional. Mostly because of eyesight concerns. 2) There is no bulk anything. Just trying to move / arrange / organise 10 books has been a deal breaking chore. I want badly to upgrade to pro. But upon checking I found that the pro version doesn't actually upgrade in any real way - just more space for books, no needed features. And I'm tired of giving my money for apps that barely deliver. So many years on, we're still weeping for Stanza. (At least in terms of initial organised presentation, you've thought it through better than Marvin.) EDIT: Oh, and you can't order by series, or anything else, only by title. Which, for books, boggles the mind.

This app is gorgeous. I've tried every ereader app and I had such high hopes for this one. But the annotation capabilities are still missing the killer feature of iBooks: tap and hold to highlight. If Yomu adds this feature I would buy not just Yomu Pro but even Yomu Pro Karma!! Again, gorgeous app besides this (one) feature
