Perfect for injury recovery plus

BeJeJo

I love being able to pick style, time, and focus. It helps individualize my practice in just a few easy clicks. I’m recovering from a serious car accident and was worried I might not ever be able to do yoga again but with this app I can! I also love the instructions and the music. I can see using it well beyond my recovery. We will grow together.

Life changing

Thank his app keeps me happy mind body and soul!

Very flexible. See what I did there?

I have tried a couple yoga apps and prefer this one by far. I can choose the level and duration. Other apps I have seen offer only pre-recorded videos of fixed length, usually very short. This app also incorporates a lot of strengthening as well as flexibility. At my level choice, I am usually pretty exhausted by the end of 40 minutes and often sweating if it’s warm. I tried the so-called strengthening classes in other apps and they didn’t do much for me. Update: stopped working with airplay to appletv. So of limited use to me until then. Dropping stars

Best Yoga App for Everyone

Grace Maj

I’ve been using Down Dog for my yoga practice for a couple of years now, and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cheap and convenient way to get a good yoga practice in. What I love most about the app is how customizable it is. You choose your difficulty level, what area of the body you want to focus on, how long you want the class to be, what type of music is played, and so much more. They also offer chair yoga, restorative, Yin, etc. the options are endless, and every class is different. The instruction and cueing is also very good. I’ve tried a lot of different apps, and this is definitely the best.

Fantastic, wish they would bring back a feature.

I have been using this app for over a year. I love how customizable it is and is just what I’m looking for. In 2020 I had the ability to download workouts to use them offline. This was perfect for camping or going anywhere without wifi. This feature suddenly disappeared and I don’t have my favorite workout app while traveling. Would love to have that back!

Best Yoga App, with a suggestion

Foodzillala

ZERO complaints here. Have been using almost 2 years now. Great variety of pace, type, focus, music, voiceover. Would like to suggest specific morning routines to get your day started and evening routines to wind down and prepare for sleep. Thank you Yoga Buddhi!

I am a intermediate practitioner and love how this app has evolved. I love all of the choices that there are and always have a great lead work out, meditation or flow session. Namaste

Genuinely really good

Been using this on and off for years and you can really practice yoga everything you need is completely free. The pro version isnt overpriced garbage and adds further customization to your sessions. It feels like there is a lot of passionate people behind this.

Best yoga app

I like that you can choose music or no music and what area of the body to focus on. Also instructor voice. I’ve been using it on the road for years and after COVID it’s my go to yoga app almost every day!

Great love it for whatever stage yoga or stretching

This is an easy app to start your journey to stretching and yoga. I love it for the characters tone of voice and videos, the music is usually pretty well paired. I have had every excuse not to stretch or do yoga but this really leaves me with none. Highly recommended
