This is absolutely the most amazing app ever. You customize your workouts to whatever you want to work on that day. Different difficulty levels allow you to progress. What to work on balance more, well you can! Want to strengthen your core, well you can do that as well. Pick your pace, your level, the voice, the music!! This app saved me during quarantine times!!
Excellent customizability

This is an excellent app. I have also used Asana Rebel, but this is much better if you are primarily interested in improving your yoga practice. The app will build a routine based on your the focus of your choosing each time you practice. You can focus on body part or body function (flexibility, strength etc). In this way you can build a well rounded practice while also hitting areas in need of improvement when necessary.

This is a great app!! It moves you through the practices at whatever pace you choose. The music playlist is wonderful and really works with each stage of the practice!

I really love down dog! I had been using the app for such a long time, maybe three years? and it was free initially. Then it was free to me, but my favorite voice Sammi, was not available. There was a terrific Christmas discount, and I decided to subscribe, both so that I could get Sammi back, and also because I feel that I should spend some money on this wonderful app! I love the huge amount of flexibility. There are so many different choices, from five or 10 minutes to maybe an hour and a half, and so many different levels. It’s wonderful for any level of yoga practitioner.

I love this app! I got into yoga during the pandemic and I was doing a lot of YouTube yoga which is awesome and all but I really wanted to get a better variety and a little bit more customizable variations and this app is literally all of it in one. Love it. They really care about their customers

As an educator and a yoga enthusiast I was so appreciative of the blessing of your free subscription to educators throughout the pandemic. Being able to practice yoga at home has been a great alternative to in-person classes. I love the flexibility that your app provides allowing me to choose length of session, focus areas, type of practice, etc. I would recommend this app to anyone, whether they are just beginning or are longtime yoga folks. Earbud issue

Earbud fell out during practice and the practice glitched. I had to restart. Other than, I love this app!
